\nOf course, you may send us an e-mail with your request or contact us by phone. If for the requested period a deposit would be required we will send you all the information to send it by bank transfer.<\/p>\n

\nNo, the credit card is only required as a guarantee. Only in case of No-Show (no show) or cancellation after the deadline you will be charged the penalty specified by the terms. The payment may be carried directly to the hotel upon departure, also in cash. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize validity of the card through to arrival, especially in the case of prepaid cards.<\/p>\n

What is the difference between Standard Double, Classic and Comfort?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe difference lies mainly in the size and position, and then view the room. The Standard Double is our slightly smaller rooms. In the site you will find a detailed description of each room. There are rooms with lake views?<\/strong><\/span>
\nYes, some rooms Comfort have windows overlooking the lake. The hotel is located by the lake and just minutes from the beaches, has a solarium on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the entire Monte Isola and the beaches below the hotel. Also a first floor terrace will allow you to relax in peace. A flower garden on the ground floor adjacent to the Bar will entertain you for a drink. The Breakfast is no longer included?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Starting this year, breakfast is no longer included in the room rate. However, guests can still enjoy the in-house bar service in a welcoming, air-conditioned environment, with a charming room dedicated to guests, where a light breakfast can be served on request, at an additional cost to the price of the stay. For those who love the peace and quiet of the outdoors, our flower-filled garden is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast in a serene and charming atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The Hotel is in the center? How far from the lake?<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe hotel is at the beginning of the village of Monte Isola capital, Siviano, is 50 meters from Town Hall Square and the Tower Oldofredi Martinengo, is located near a supermarket, the Banca Popolare di Sondrio with ATM, dell ‘ Post office and a short walk from an excellent pizzeria-trattoria “La Torre”. Siviano is 150 meters from the lake and the picturesque Port of Siviano, famous for its flowery houses overlooking the lake and the beautiful “Villa Ferrada Loneliness”. The hotel is located on the main road, it is accessible by bus, whose stop is the last stop in Piazza Municipale, or with a free taxi service reserved for our guests, reservations required to avoid possible delays.
