“Hotel Bellavista Meublé” Regulation

 

  1. “Hotel Bellavista Meublé” regulation.

1.1 The regulation of “Hotel Bellavista Meublé”, owned by Mr. Archini Paolo, is established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, respectful and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between the Hotel Bellavista Meublé and the Guest; therefore, the request to stay in the Hotel and the acceptance of this request from the Management implies the total acceptance of these Regulations.

1.2 The non – observance of the Regulation and of the additional provisions of the Hotel Bellavista Meublé will imply the estrangement of the offender from the structure and the related reporting to all national and international tourist organizations, in addition to reporting to the Public Authorities if the default may possibly lead to the commission of a crime.

1.2 All the specific indications given by signs in the area of ​​ownership and / or belonging to the Hotel Bellavista Meublé have to be respected.

1.3 Parents (or those who legally exercise their authority) are jointly responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the Hotel Bellavista Meublé and are required to monitor them and to ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility; in particular, as regards the obligation to respect silence, the correct use of the bathrooms, which cannot be considered places for games or meetings, and the equipment made available by the structure to its guests. Any activity that may disturb the other guests is forbidden. All the rules of this regulation have to be respected in general.

1.4 The conduct held by both adults and children is considered to be contractually relevant and, therefore, any transgression of the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil cohabitation and good performance of the Hotel will result, according to the judgment assigned contractually to the Management in the way that cannot be appealed, in the immediate termination of the contract with the Guest and the estrangement from the Hotel within 5 hours of the fact being contested. In this case, the Hotel Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, even as compensation for damages, in addition to the right to compensation for greater damages.

  1. ACCEPTANCE

2.1 Upon arrival, guests must hand over their documents to the reception and fill out the form for Public Safety. The choice and the designation of the place is at the discretion of the Hotel Management.

2.2 Once accompanied to the room, Guest is required to inform the reception, within 10 minutes, of any request of change of accommodation due to inadequacy of the local.

2.3 Minors unaccompanied by older people will be accepted only if they have a release signed by their parents (or by those who legally exercise their authority), with their telephone number and a copy of their identity document.

2.4 The Management, as provided by the laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not respect the regulation or behave in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.

2.5 Hotel rooms are available from 12.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be left within 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Rates are intended per day, regardless of the time of entry.

  1. MOTOR VEHICLES-CYCLOMETERS AND VARIOUS VEHICLES

3.1 Motorbikes and cars must stop in the parking area, in Sulzano, 9, Via Giuseppe Verdi, upon management authorization receipt.

3.2 The guest contractually refers to the Management the final judgment regarding the particular annoyance and / or fastidiousness of the parking of his vehicle in a prohibited place and authorizes from the moment of arrival, raised every possible exception, the forced removal and the deposit in a place chosen by the management itself with an increase in the cost of the service.

  1. KANI AND OTHER ANIMALS
  2. Normally, unfortunately, pets are not allowed. In particular conditions, an exception can be made for very small animals. Additional charges may be applied. For information, please contact our Hotel Bellavista Meublé directly.

 

  1. BREAKFAST AND HYGIENIC-FOOD SAFETY

5.1 Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, in the garden or on the terrace adjacent to the ground floor breakfast room.

  • BREAKFAST is served from 8:20 to 10:30 (at different times upon request).

5.2 Hotel guests are not allowed to consume food or beverages destined for breakfast in the room or outside the building.

5.3 With the purposes of food safety and hygiene, it is forbidden for customers to introduce food or drinks that are not authorized by the Hotel Management in the room.

 

  1. INTERNET AND WI-FI

7.1 The hotel offers its customers the possibility to use a FREE INTERNET WI-FI service in the common areas (halls).

In the rooms it is possible to connect via LAN cable for free, if necessary ask for the network cable.

  1. DEPARTURE

8.1 On the departure day the rooms have to be left within 10:30 a.m. and the keys must be handed over to the reception to the staff responsible to check the data in use (in order to avoid unpleasant discussions, please inform us of any breakages or other errors, etc.).

8.2 The account must be requested and paid on the day before departure (Article 6.1 of the Regulations).

  1. USE OF HOTEL SERVICES THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

9.1 Customers can use the hotel’s services within the maximum room release time, within 10:30 a.m. of the departure day.

  1. DOCTOR – INFECTIOUS DISEASES

10.1 The telephone numbers of the medical and emergency services can be requested at the Reception.

10.2 Every infectious disease must be promptly communicated to the Management.

10.3 A first aid kit is available and can be requested at the Reception.

  1. CLEANING

11.1 The garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection waste baskets located in the rooms and bathrooms of the rooms. It is not allowed to leave waste or other things in common areas.

 

  1. LIABILITY

12.1 The Management of the Hotel is not responsible for the loss of objects and / or values ​​of the guests (each Guest is obliged to take care of the custody of his property), of damage due to events of force majeure and to the nature of the thing (events atmospheric, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall into the nature of plants, blows, accidents at sea, damage or car theft in the parking area and in the area of ​​the structure). For no reason, at the time of departure will be recognized discounts to cover any or alleged disruptions that may occur as a result of the events described above.

Payment and cancellation

Reservation can be canceled no later than 10 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this period, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged as a cancellation charge, on the credit card provided. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of canceled nights will be charged. Your credit card left as a guarantee could be used after departure in case of expenses not known at checkout and detected after the departure of the Holder, related to:

  1. Room / Tax payment; b) any loss, theft and damage; c) Minibar / Restaurant / Bar

 

  1. SILENCE, ORDER, CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR WITHIN THE HOTEL

13.1 During the hours between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m., any noise disturbing the rest of the guests of the structure, including a loud voice, is forbidden. The use of radio and television is allowed with extreme moderation and, in any case, in absolute respect of the silent time.

13.2 The use of electric and / or electronic musical instruments in the rooms of the Hotel is forbidden, with some exceptions in case of previous agreements made with the management.

13.3 Inside the hotel a decorous clothing is required that respects the sensitivity and modesty of others.

13.4 It is not allowed to trample on flowerbeds, damage plants and flowers nor to take products from our garden if not authorized by the management.

13.5 It is not permitted to enter areas reserved to the hotel staff.

13.6 It is not allowed to throw papers and waste outside the appropriate bins.

13.7 It is not allowed to enter with weapons, knives, sticks or instruments considered blunt.

13.8 The Guard and Security Personnel appointed by the Management is required to enforce the Regulation against anyone. Each customer in the same act of accepting hospitality in the Hotel also accepts contractually to submit to the Authority of said staff, who is in any case obliged to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our courtesy culture and good education.

 

  1. DAMAGE AND THEFT

14.1 Who causes damage to the building, to movable properties or equipment etc. is legally held responsible in the context of current regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. Upon departure, the staff will check the rooms and the costs for the replacement of any damage or the loss of keys will be charged and will be payable upon check-out.

  1. CHANGES TO THE REGULATION

15.1 The Management reserves the right to modify the present Rules at any time, which will be displayed at the entrance and published on the Hotel Bellavista Meublé website.
